QOOBE after-sales service warranty description

Please read the user manual that comes with the product carefully before using it.

1. If any product quality problems occur due to faulty manufacturing, materials, design, or other reasons, the motherboard will be guaranteed for 3 year free of charge

while the battery and charger/adapter will be guaranteed for 16 months, starting from the date of Product Registration.

2. We do not provide free after-sales service for failures caused by the user's personal reasons, which include the following:
  (1). Failures caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification of the watch.
  (2). Failures caused by accidental drops.
  (3). Any damage caused by human beings or by the fault or misuse, such as water damage, cracks due to external force, or scratches on peripheral parts.

3. If you need to request free after-sales service, please make sure to provide a serial number, which usually appears on the product packaging or on the back of the device.

4. If you need to have your product repaired, please bring it to either the company or one of its authorized distribution points.

5. The actual products shall prevail in all cases.
